At DeerBD.com, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to resolve any issues.

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request to info@deerbd.com or use the order cancellation system available on the website. The cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has been shipped.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a notification, and the order will be cancelled.
  • You can also track the status of your cancellation request in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.

Please Note: Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the product has been dispatched for delivery.

2. Return Conditions

DeerBD.com allows returns for eligible items within 24 hours of receiving your product. However, to ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or defects.
  • Packaging: The product should be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including any tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  • Fashion Products: Clothing and fashion items can be tried on to check for fit but must remain unworn to qualify for a return.
  • Electronics: Electronics may only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or physical damage.

Important: Do not affix any tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions (referred to as an invalid return), DeerBD reserves the right to refuse the return and may send the product back to you.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your DeerBD account.
  • Go to the ‘My Orders’ section and select the order you wish to return.
  • Follow the instructions to submit a return request.
  • Alternatively, you can send a return request to info@deerbd.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Please Note: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns cannot be processed without the Customer Copy of the invoice.

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed, you will be eligible for a refund. The time required to process the refund depends on the payment method used for your original purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we have completed the return evaluation, your refund will be processed. Typically, refunds are completed within 10 working days, but the exact time may vary depending on your payment method.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please refer to the table below for estimated refund times based on the method used.

Note: We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error.

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a fault or defect with the product, we will refund the shipping charges along with the cost of the product.
  • No refund on shipping fees if the return is initiated for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., size, change of mind).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as "final sale" or non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items that have been opened or used and cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations (such as personal care products or opened food items).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

7. Exchange Policy

DeerBD.com currently does not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product (if applicable)

We will initiate a return and provide a full refund or replacement depending on the availability of the product and the specific situation.
